My return from hiatus.......

My blog and I have been estranged for nearly a year now, but I am making amends and I am back! Hopefully things will work out this time. Meaning, I get off my lazy fannie and post more often! :)

Ok! Anyway, I got to shoot a fabulous couple for their engagement portraits this past weekend. Just so happens, they are some of my favorite people to photograph. They are always up for something fun! Well, at least they let me try my crazy ideas out on them. :) Here are some peeks of these cutie-pies!

Props Challenge!!!

   The I Heart Faces challenge this week is props! Yay!!! You know I love me some props (well if used well, anyway) :)  I had a super hard time choosing my entry for this weeks challenge! But it finally came down to this one of JoJo. Its one of my all time favorites and I just had to use it. We just happened upon this old tractor during the session, and it turned out PERFECT!  Enjoy!

Fairy tale.....

     I am loving working with some textures here and there. Especially when I catch a shot like this one, of Beautiful Brooklyn. It makes me think of a princess having tea in the forest near her castle. I know, a little cheesy, but I can't help it!

Jump 4 Heart!

Over at I Heart Faces the theme this week is "red" to show support for women battling heart disease, so I thought this picture of the beautiful red couch and even more beautiful Moody girls was a good choice. Jump 4 Heart!!!

Snow Crazy!!

We have been stuck inside for a few days due to the snow, but it has given me a chance to catch up on some paperwork, and of course, take a few snow pics. I think it is about time to melt away, though. Im ready for some spring photo shoots!
